How can I make a return?
Log in with your Tel Lighting membership and go to the My Return Requests page.
Select your order number and the item in your order you would like to return.
Select the cancellation refund reason and the cancellation refund type.
Fill in your Name, Surname and IBAN Number. (Do not leave any spaces between IBAN numbers.)
You can complete your transaction with the Save and Continue button.
Place your invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.
To ship the package, send a message to info@tellighting.com.com.
The devices in the electronic category that you will be returning must be unused and no data has been transferred.
Do I need to pay anything for the return?
When you use the return methods we offer, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
What is the valid period for a return?
All returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping confirmation email.
What is the return process?
After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked.
If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 10 business days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your card depends on your bank. It usually takes 2-10 business days.
What documents are required for a refund?
To exercise your right to a refund, the following documents are required:
Fill out and sign the form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product; send it along with the product you will return.
If the order was made within a company or by freelancers, you must include a return invoice prepared in your name or your company along with your invoice.
Tel Lighting reserves the right to reject returns sent or reported after the return period has passed or returns of products that are not in the same condition as they were received.
